We are fast approaching the end of year holiday season and would like to inform our customers of the embargo period during this time:
12am Monday 18 December 2023 to 9am Monday 8 January 2023
Whilst iseek and our value-add partners will continue to accept orders over this period, customers will experience an extended delivery timeframe.
Please note, this may affect order delivery times both before and after the embargo.
If you do have orders that have been confirmed to be delivered during the embargo period, please ensure your sites contact details are provided and they are available during the holiday season.
During embargo the following services and activities will not occur:
- Scheduled maintenance activities
- Core network changes
- Core cloud infrastructure changes
- Provisioning of all new services
- Data centre cabling or underfloor works
- Data centre power connectivity work
- Data centre additional cabinet installations
- Data centre third-party carrier activities
iseek will be providing the following services and activities during the embargo period:
- All fault restoration activities
- Cloud service provisioning (on an exception basis as agreed with individual customers)
